achromaticschematic said: This might be true for specific doctors but having worked in a pharmacy: most of them simply do not care if their writing is legible and do not give a shit if we fuck up and someone gets hurt because we misread it (because then it’s *our* fault even though you didn’t write out all the letters in the word making it look like another medication entirely). There is a script short hand and it is interesting but it’s more of replacing entire words with symbols and letters.
