1. phinarei said: @azrakel09 you are correct. I misspoke about Teen Wolf (mostly because I found Teen Wolf fics first when I was doing my original research). There was still Star Trek fic with the same concept that originates from at least the 90s and many versions bear a fair resemblance to Pon Farr to begin with. There is just about nothing new under the fandom sun, it all started in a culture built around Star Trek.
