I get frustrated with my own sideblogs and overenthusiastic tagging. Every few days, it’ll look like a few of the very slow tags I track have updated, but then it’s all just me posting from my queues.
I get excited all the time that a tag I track has updated after I post something. And then I go check and it’s the thing I literally just fucking posted.
I should have another full-length video completely uploaded to Youtube this weekend, I hope. I’m thinking it should be this one, a Sid/Andy appearance in Huntington, WV (which I also attended) from 2000. The sound quality of the Saturday talk was great, as were their stories, some of which I never heard in any other talk - I’m posting a preview here. Not only will I never think of that first encounter in “Past Prologue” quite the same way again, but I love the image of “Garak” swearing and trying to rip off his neck ridges! You’ll see what I mean.
I have another interesting story or two from this con to add. Plus, at this one, my very favorite photo ever of myself with Andy was taken, and it’s the one with which I began my blog! The only problem is that my photos of them on stage itself were so dark.
