something else i’ve noticed in ds9 is how weyoun just slowly gives up as he spends more time with the cardassians. when we first met him he was so sickly sweet and unflappable, even if it was false, that you could almost like him. but by the start of season 7 he just doesn’t even bother faking it anymore; he’s been ground down so much that he can’t even keep up the facade.

I’ve had this kind of ask before and I’m afraid I can’t help you much. I got my copy off eBay quite a few years ago for less then 10 euros, but I guess I was really lucky.

It has been upwards of twice that for the last two months-ish, so there’s a possibility you’ll see more dropping as more used book stores try to drop weird inventory and compete with each other. I purchased my personal copy for 11 dollars, and I bought one for a friend for THREE. So it takes some patience and just checking a lot of places obsessively, but it possible to get it without having to take out a loan on it.
Honestly, the prices we’re seeing it at now are the average usual prices for this book. I usually post about it being for sale if it’s less than 25 dolalrs, I’ve just been a bit of a slacker lately. But still, these aren’t terrible deals if you need it now. (and wow I know the need it now feeling)
