I have always felt like that moment between G’Kar and Londo is the emotional epicenter of the B5 universe. I have read that Peter Jurasik was so moved by it that his tearyness was completely real.

But also, wow, yes.  I must be speaking from some bias when I look at them like ‘This is what the entire show is about’, but DAMN.  I was watching that so overwhelmed for 5,000 reasons, but wow, I think I would have been even were I not extremely invested in those two and their weird sort of orbit around each other. 

This seems a lot like a Garak and Bashir sort of situation in that their interactions with each other caused a bunch of shit that inevitably changed both of them for the better, even if they would not have believed it could come from the source it did, or even recognized 'better’ until much later.   It’s different, obviously, but that core concept seems present in both of those relationships.  I’m glad to hear about Peter being moved the same way I’m always delighted to hear about Andy saying that Bashir was Garak’s most significant relationship because of the change they caused in each other.

Maybe this is a trope I like or something, but WOW, that was SUCH A THING to watch. I could hardly believe I was seeing it and not just mildly hallucinating.

Yes, yes, I always paint my suffering away, you should expect things.  I fear we are in for slightly more of B5 scattered in among all this two flavors of Garak/Bashir and wild JtHM AU adventures and violent neon colored ladies.
