I love everything today.  How nice.  How unusual. 

Honestly, you know what happened?  The friend I’m living with had an actual conversation with me last night.  I stayed up late to do it, but I was so glad to get a chance to engage with someone in person about shit that I care about that it completely changed my mood, my sleep, everything.  

I need to figure out how to find more in-person people who want to hear about this stuff so I can keep my brain healthy more often.  It is amazing how bad I was deteriorating.  I guess she sensed it or something.
