That is my general response to oatmeal too.
Truth be told, I like oatmeal, that’s why I even have it, but I was feeling pretty ‘No’ about that as a dinner.

I’ll find something else to blog about now. There’s some left over doodles I might be able to post.

awww, i’d cook for you if i was there. I like cooking, especially for other people.
aww, you’re lovely. seriously, that’d be perfect
I need to live with someone who loves cooking and wants an excuse to do it all the time. Cooking is one of my least favorite things to do in the entire world. It would be better if I could just eat through osmosis or be plugged in or something.
I can do some shit, there’s even things I’m good at making, I just loathe putting food together. Even having to fucking make a sandwich makes me whine, it’s such an extreme dislike. I hope my family never expects to come to my house (ha ha like I’ll ever have one of those) for dinner for holidays or some shit in ten or twenty years, because they are getting a pizza party with movies and glittery crafts instead.
It’s time to play ‘Lady Hates Making Food’ again! I’ll put it under a read more to spare you my exciting life.
Me: *pages Frank while answering calls at the reception desk because someone keeps asking for him*
Frank, after walking all the way to the front office instead of calling me back: If he calls again, tell him I’m out tazering myself in the head in response to thinking about talking to him.
Me: …I’ll transfer him to your voicemail.
Let’s be real, in a time before the internet people didn’t have more adventures and make more meaningful connections. They watched TV and listened to CDs. Before that they listened to records and read magazines. Before that they listened to the radio and read bad dime novels. Before that they embroidered or some shit.
People have been staying inside and ignoring other people for as long as there have been buildings.
I think we all needed this
