@indigobluerose, you have asked me here and there about which ghouls I’ve got, so I took a photo of the whole crew so far!
I just buy the initial general releases, so they’re all the original versions of the characters except the two who were exclusives to Comic Con (and I like them better in their I <3 Fashion releases anyway, haha. I got lucky!).
They are, up top:
In front, Original Rochelle and Viperine
In back, Original Spectra, I <3 Fashion Scarah, Original Abbey, Original Catrine, I <3 Fashion Wydowna, (hiding in the back is Original Twyla), Original Skelita, Sirena
Bottom shelf:
Original Ghoulia, Original Frankie (with face custom painted a bit by me), Original Lagoona (her arms have the old arm set up that makes them fall out super easily. She was my first, back when MH stuff first came out!), Honey, Original Venus, Avea, Original Jane
I have some fashion packs for a few of these girls, so Ghoulia and Lagoona are in some mashup of random clothes. I wish they’d release more fashion packs instead of just more of the same character dolls all the time!
Exciting stuff! Also present are some Little Apple Dolls, miscellaneous Barbies and a custom Pepito/Satan pony made by my ex.
Baby Bean Bag Garak lives on the shelf below this with still naked Baby Bean Bag Bashir, to my great shame. Above all this is a bunch of Doctor Who action figures and a plush Cybermat.
Incidentally, I know by my previously vaguely established schedule that there should be a new reSWAN this evening, but being sick put a serious dent in how much work I was able to get done on it, so I won’t be able to post one tonight. We’ll see about this weekend, though. I’m chilling at my mother’s from now till Sunday, so I’ll have some nice down time to do all the things.
I’ll see if I can find some drawings or something to make up for it, haha.
We’re not allowed to use anything but Internet Explorer at work, because the state is going by what it learned in 1998 about the internet, evidently.
Though, I did work with a girl a few years ago, who, despite being only three or four years older than me, had the approach to Everything of a woman in her late forties. She had more in common with the woman who sat with us who was retiring the next spring than she had with me. She was always talking about ‘kids these days don’t respect their parents’ and buying sweaters from the old lady section, it was the weirdest thing I’d ever seen. She also seemed to think that since she had not grown up being educated about computers, that her four year old would not need to be either. Someone’s going to be surprised in a few years.

Oh, I am at my mother’s, in my own space, with my own things, in my own BED, oh god, I will sleep the sleep of the guiltless this night~
For those of you who followed after the start of my floater status, my mother’s house has some remarkably shit internet, so I may be weirdly silent for a while, it depends on what the satellite gods will for us.
I went to the post office over lunch and even though there was nothing in my box, I was just so happy to be listening to music and driving without scary traffic. I’m so happy now! I hope it lasts!
