Highlights of the DS9 Panel at Collectormania
- Armin posed with Kitty and Chase Charlie’s Angels style and with them both pulling his ears
- I asked Chase (Leeta) a question I talked to her ksfjjlfdfjd
- Armin didn’t take anything from the set at the end because he couldn’t bare to see the set picked apart
- Chase took Bashir’s medical cabinet. Yes. The cabinet.
- Armin told us that Rene drove up with a truck and picked the place clean. Talk about a role reversal.
- Kitty said that when she was cast as the female Vorta from season 7 she was told they were looking for a ‘female Combs’ and that Combs gave her advice on playing a Vorta, saying it was all in the eyes
- Chase had to re-shoot a scene in the Risa episode because it was ‘too sexy’ for Star Trek she answered this with ‘Thanks!’
- Also, Armin said that before shooting a scene some of the actors would go to his house to practice lines
- When Armin and Andrew Robinson were practicing the root beer scene they saw it as having a deeper meaning and played it that way. When told it was supposed to be comic Armin fought for them to shoot the deeper scene and eventually the director liked that one better and that’s the one they kept
