“Do you ukelele? … When you ukelele, you tie more than his heart; you bind him hand and foot, the ukelele players say.”

One of the ceramics instructors at my school became completely obsessed with ukeleles in the time that I was there, so much so that by the time I was graduating, he had all his classes straight up making ukeleles as projects. The campus sounded like a constant broken luau.

271 Years Before Pantone

In 1692 an artist known only as “A. Boogert” mixed and Described every color imaginable in an 800-page book. Not only would he begin the book with a bit about the use of color in painting, but would go on to explain how to create certain hues and change the tone by adding one, two, or three parts of water.

An anon requested an "unconventional" set of tags for the tag game going around (where people reblog and write in the words and click whatever tag shows up first). So here’s some ones that I don’t think I’ve seen around before!

  • chocolate

  • done
  • try
  • stop
  • why
