ftr this is a (ETA: very banged up) late 2011 13-inch macbook pro and i have never applied a laptop skin before so i watched a tutorial to make sure i didn’t fuck it up. looks good to meeee. the glowing apple even ended up in a cute spot.

I get so worried about these because the nature of this website is that you can upload one image that then has to work for multiple products, but the example they give you is only of one. This has been really hard with phones and all the different places the camera is. I am so glad this came out nicely~~

Ordered a part for my mystery sewing machine~ It’s going to make things a lot easier once it finally arrives. A little more money than I’d hoped for, but it’s about a third of what I’d pay to get an external version of the same thing? So it’s worth it. The man who runs the sewing store is weird as fuck, though. He also told it could take like a goddamn month. So maybe I’ll get lucky and get a job and a sewing machine part around the same time.
meanwhile like three other places who said they were going to call me with information never did, so it’ll be telephone olympics soon.
Had to get new printer ink too. I hate that every time I think I won’t need to spend money for a while, I run into something else that needs fixed or replaced or renewed.
I am making Deep Space Leggings this week. I have decided.
Today I’m aiming for laundry and a good start on the last Norse pencil drawing. Bonus points if I get to Bashir’s other leg, or super hero girl.
