Thinkin’ about how every single message in ygo about how life is precious and should not be given away or wagered seems to vindicate the rage begotten by Kul Elna and how every single message in ygo about how we are strengthened by the bonds we make with others and their support and their memory seems to vindicate diabound and by extension TKB as righteous and how TKB’s arguments about abuse of power are placed directly after Set’s gleeful suggestion to flay alive a mere thief, deliberately setting up the reader by contrast to conclude that TKB is right, and in fact no character ever provides a real counterargument to anything TKB says about the kingdom’s wrongs and how Siamun says repeatedly that a Ka powered by evil or hatred should not look like that and how the argument that Ka are in fact powered by hatred is most strongly put forth by Set and Akanhadin, who for most of MW are clearly intended to be villains, and other more sympathetic characters like Karim and Mahad offer alternate explanations for powerful Ka such as strength of heart and will to survive and how they had all of this and then they just did nothing with it they just said he was evil and he wanted to destroy the world and we can kill him without remorse they just left it like that like forget it who cares THEY JUST FUCKIGN DID NOTHING I AM GOING TO
