I got teary every time I thought about it all day today, I was humming the song and just OH MY GOD, they put so much JOY into like 3 seconds of footage with Ruby and Sapphire I can’t contain myself.

My brother sends me text messages about this show constantly.  It’s kind of Our Thing now and he sent me messages that he was just so happy, this was his new favorite episode, and he jumped around the room screaming.  We did the same thing with the Stevonnie episode, I love that this is all a big deal to him too.   

Surely someone’s already made a ‘relationship goals: *picture of Garnet* post already, right?   I mean, the literal implications of that are not a good plan, but I’m just so overwhelmed by all of this and I love everything -   I was like of ‘oh, whatever, she’s fine’ about Garnet before this, and now she is thrilling and fills me with wonder and mother of FUCK I love this show!
