I have so many questions! What are the leaves? They don’t look like fondant or gum paste. The berries have to be candy, right? What kind are they? I think the cake under the berries is covered in fondant?

I bet the leaves are also gummy.  Or maybe dyed white chocolate/candy meltws out of a mold?

Ooooh, yeah, they’re probably gummies. I don’t think they’re from a mold; it looks like they curve differently, or maybe that’s just the photo?

The leaves are just cut and painted (with food coloring) fondant. The berries are one of my favorite candies:
