My landlord increased my rent like exactly to coincide with me being rid of the wage garnishment. Figures.
It’s only fifty bucks, and I should be thankful he did it now rather than when i had less money, but god I was really looking forward to having that 260 extra and just being that much more ahead and safe, you know?
It’s sad that just 50 more dollars feels like it could be safety
