? wait they do /what/ with their lighting now?

An apartment in the building across from me - I can look at their porch, they can look right down into my kitchen.  They have those extremely bright christmas lights - the kind that look like the car headlights everyone on earth hates - and they have them in like four colors surrounding their entire porch area and set on rapid flashing. 

Or they did.  Finally, they’re just still.
