My co-worker just came up to me utterly distraught that I do not drink alcohol or coffee because she usually gets everyone booze giftcards for holiday stuff

She was so worked up, it was kind of sweet. I thought it was amazing she remembered I don’t drink either of those things.

She settled on a grocery store giftcard after she wouldn’t take, “it’s okay, i don’t need anything, but that was sweet of you to remember”
