explained to my brother why i hate doing shit at like 3 oclock on a sunday and he actually was just like ‘oh okay, chill, let’s do it on a saturday next week’
I think he is not the kind of person who knows they have to do something later and becomes obsessed to the point of parody that they they know that thing is coming, he doesn’t think, ‘to get there at three i have to be ready by two and to be ready by two i have to start getting ready at about one and that means i have to eat lunch before one which means i might have to start it by noon which gives me an awkward two hours between breakfast and lunch which doesn’t give me much time to do anything of substance’ and then we’ll go do a thing for two hours taking us to five, and then take an hour to get back, and that’s SIX, and then I’m home and it is 6pm on a Sunday and I have three hours before I have to start getting ready for bed to go immediately to work the next morning
i’m always begging to do things saturday morning so i can get them done and still have some day left AND not have to go to work immediately after, and he actually just listened to me, that was so great
honestly, though, i’m exhausted just thinking about having to be somewhere at three on a sunday, god
