I feel u on the oral hygiene when not liking mint stuff but i have that cinnamon floss and its just such a pain for me personally, its so hard to find some good toothpaste too. I got some like prescription toothpaste from my dentist for cavities in the flavor vanilla mint and it was the first mint esque toothpaste ive ever had that was mild enough for me to use happily

I grew up with that floss and I’ve been getting it off and on since it was readily available in stores, but yeah, some people report it not being great for them.  It’s comfortable for me to use and doesn’t taste as nasty as the other kind of cinnamon stuff I tried.  My toothpaste is cinnamon and costs a dollar, and I usually order my cinnamon mouthwash from the internet too, because fucking mouth wash only comes in sixty varieties of mint and maybe in bubblegum for The Children if you are fortunate.

It’s not even intensity, it’s just that mint tends to make me sick.  I’ll have it in a bit of chocolate or lemonade, I even especially enjoy the latter, but it still makes my stomach feel like I’ve just straight up sucked down a tube of toothpaste no matter what I’ve ingested it with.  And even with toothpaste, which I’m not purposefully ingesting, obviously, the little bits that do go down are enough to make me queasy.  This is probably why I never developed a gum or breath mints habit and then people are scandalized when I don’t carry them.

Vanilla mint sounds kind of like it could be intriguing, though.
