This is the new image for Gallifrey One this year!  Or at least one of them.  I revisited the galaxy coat image I had applied to the second Doctor years ago and thought about how it would be fun to do it with a Doctor I was equally enthused about.  It’s a closer crop for 13 for a variety of reasons, but it’s even the same set of paints I used on the image of 2 back in 2010-ish.
