yeah i did exactly this. this is how children interpret panic attacks and such, so if your kid tells you they have stomach aches, especially sudden, around certain times of days, certain places, or certain events, they are likely having panic attacks
This is another one of those things so obvious in retrospect but so overlooked at the time.
Yupppp like I know my IBS/GAD cycle and interact, now, as an adult. But when my stomach hurt all. the. time. when I was little, I didn’t get it. I just thought I was sick a lot.
