the new lady downstairs is practicing singing something and she doesn’t suck but also is keeping things to a respectful volume and isn’t slamming doors and swearing at any children so so far this is a vast improvement

the last lady had everything turned up to full blast all the time
i used to be able to tell what episode of law and order she was watching or she’d have the bass way up on a style of music I really dislike and it would just rattle everything
