I do enjoy DS9!  

I don’t know if they are specifically Bajoran in nature, but the folks who made my Thirteenth Doctor earring make several ear cuff combos that look in that vein.  They are also very nerdy and will know what you are talking about if you say Bajoran, I’m sure.  Check out their photos, they’ve got all sorts of Trek happening there.  I see them at Gallifrey One every year, they make great stuff.
