Tonight I spent a few hours on this little group. There was no year listed here, but according to the back of the photo, this is Aunt Clara, Uncle Fred, Uncle Charlie, and Aunt Ethel. There’s no indication as to who is who and I don’t know precisely where they’re connected yet (though I’m pretty sure this particular album is all my great-grandfather’s side). Regardless, I thought our lady front and center was really charming, and the probably unintentional eyeroll from the lady in the back is great too. Man in the back reminds me so strongly of someone and I can’t figure out who.
Enjoyed giving this photo a little more room to breathe. I found it clipped like this in the album, so I expanded it a bit in addition to bringing the color and contrast back up. I removed so much dust and so many speckles and tiny tears and jabs but you can hardly even see any of that now. Still, I was blissed out doing it, so all to the good.
Here’s some closer looks!
