I haven’t found anything about how Tina and James died, alarming rope aside.  I thought since it was a January that it might have been a weather-related accident or an illness, with Tina lasting a little longer in the hospital than James, but I so far have been unable to find anything on how they died. 

If it had just been her, even at 37, I would have said it could have been anything - I’ve seen a lot of early deaths looking at these books and these records - but since it was both her and her husband, three days apart?  Something happened. 

This is similar in nature to how I’m very concerned about what happened to Aunt Della, whose obituary says she swallowed acid in her bathroom at 2 in the morning at age 39.   I just have a picture of her being very cute in about 1921 and then that.
