It’s time!
The large format @mypeopoly Phenom printer is now open for service.
This printer is suitable for projects that have lots of parts (full dolls) or require the extra large build volume (276 x 155 x 400 mm)
Prints are done at a layer height of 40um, the same height that we use on the two existing machines.Pricing is roughly the same as our other resin printers but a doll printed on the new phenom will come out slightly cheaper than if it were split into batches and done on the smaller machines due to machine time fees
Ex: the doll shown here, at 40cm doll with total volume of 400g would cost $219 on the phenom, vs $295 on the smaller printers due to having to split parts up into multiple batches.
Time is also a factor with the new machine, because every part can be printed at once, turnaround is drastically reduced. This doll was printed in right at 13hrs to print and another 4 to clean and cure. Split up for the smaller machines it would take multiple days to print, process and cure.As always we can get you exact price quotes with the model file, STL, 3MF, or OBJ preferred.
