Lecturer almost hit by falling chalk board at Technical University of Munich
The chalk board is still broken.
Wenn ich so zurückdenke an meine Zeit an der TUM: Die Tafeln da waren immer kaputt. Ist ja auch eine technische Uni.
Teach: “… and solving the equation after β. Ok, so this-”
*the blackboard crashes down, he takes a step back*
Teach: “Wow! *he exhales while students start to murmur* Do you have it on video?! *everybody erupts into laughter* Awesome!! Oh shit ey… woah Okay I’ll just clean the board so we can continue. Look at it that way. It means the blackboard is finally going to be repaired now huh? That’s awesome, right? *laughs and cleans blackboard*”
Teach: “So, everybody is calmed down. Me, not so much but… it’s fine. Uuhmm… *a student asks if something happened to him* No, no, but it is… uhm… write down that our lecturer nearly died today *the students laugh* hahaha yeah… thank god I’ve been to the toilet before, or I would have probably wet my pants.”
