I want a particular limited BJD. There is a legit one second hand on eBay but she has been faceupped hideously and I don’t have any experience wiping BJD (because I only own one!) so I do not know how much extra work I’d be in for and if I should just hope to see one less… Like That.
Faceup removal is only scary the first couple times, then you get used to it.
But with the way that one’s sculpted, it would be quite a bit of effort to get her cleaned down, again. And that thick red might have stained, especially if they didn’t seal under the first layer.
Yeah, it’s the effort of removing so much heavy handed Bad around all that delicacy that looks troublesome. I remembered people saying they were using magic erasers and even the thought of applying any force to that doll makes me feel like it would break. I’m not scared to remove the face situation so much since I literally don’t think it could get worse, but every spot on this whole spindly thing is A Project.
