Cleaning out my bookshelves and finding comics I bought in highschool/college and my first thought was, ‘ugh, stuff i liked from this time is not good’ and then laughed because I was cleaning the shelf off to make room for the new editions of Sailor Moon.
Definitely not just the time period haha
I am going to get rid of these other comics, though. Truthfully, I knew they were not that good even when I bought them, but I had just wanted to buy stuff *like* it so much.
It’s a pale imitation of the stuff I really enjoyed, and of my least favorite parts of it. Read once and then never again.
It’s been feeling good to unload things lately.
