It is a day dedicated to my favorite Doctor, and yet I have spent a good portion of it painting my least favorite! Go figure!
Watercolor commission from a man in Australia of his favorite Doctor, so not all is lost! I have been completely obsessed with painting this for three days, I am so glad it’s done (barring any final tweaks and additions from the commissioner)!
