My co-worker Tara did not like fun facts about the Spanish Flu epidemic after we read that the parades are all cancelled. I told her that Philly held a parade in 1918 that decimated the city with flu. Rather than be pleased that people have learned how not to die in mass quantities most efficiently in 100 years, she is now super spooked. Whoops.
