I’m sitting here just
No I’m lying here just dreading my whole day.
I’m so frustrated by idiotic way that our agency is handling everything with the virus. It’s half assed and generally uses people who do my job as collateral damage as usual
We had these two day-long training sessions scheduled at our district office, right? Well now the agency, in an attempt to do things properly, is like hey let’s not have massive group meetings. No body at the office but our worthless typing monkeys and one agent and supervisor. Definitely no meetings. Except some other dumbasses said, ‘well since we are not allowed to have the meetings at the district office, I found some other places where we can congregate as a group of large people.’ The place he chose was the conference room at a motherfuking Urgent Care. What the directive was not telling you was that the district office was especially contaminated and we needed to avoid it and tee hee let’s see if you can find somewhere else to have it, it was telling you we’re not supposed to be having big meetings at all, let alone in a building dedicated primarily to underinsured actually sick people you fucking door knob. It wasn’t a fucking challenge.
Just everything about the situation is half-assed and ill-informed and designed mostly to protect people who make more money than I do
And I still have to sit there and deal with the same garbage as usual. It’s so grim to be looking forward to your lunch break immediately upon waking.
My commute is shorter with fewer people going anywhere, though.
