Character on tv show: *gets ribbed for not having sex*
Me, knowing that this will be treated as a character flaw and they will inevitably be in a sex scene to show “character development”:
just leave them alone it is not a character flaw to not have sex you don’t need to have sex to mature or to come of age or whatever it’s even worse when they’re a religious character and are celibate because of their beliefs and then those beliefs are treated as something to be overcome in order for them to grow just stop it (x)
Sigh, I’ve seen so many movies like this.
