I’m glad this was your experience, because on my end it was people going, “where are the sex scenes?” “They can’t really be together if they don’t have sex.” And i eventually caved and implied it was a regular ish thing, but even that was more than I wanted to do at the time.
So that someone was happy with what was for the same reason I was makes me really glad.
This also makes me feel even better about being firmer about how I feel about how the Homicides feel this time around. I’ve said before that the fandom landscape was so different in 2005 than it is now, but it always strikes me when I talk about this story.
