I was making some shapes and distortions I liked in my sketchbook, and I wanted to do something with a lot of lines, because I thought they’d feel calming.  

The distortion felt like it was suited to Nny, and as much as his boots would have looked good like this, I also wanted to draw weird toe joints or something, so
