man this package has just said that it left its place of origin for two and a half weeks now and i’m just like 

and where did it go after that?  is it just hanging in some liminal space that is neither where it’s going nor where it went?  can you just tell me it was handed off to another carrier or something maybe??  i imagine it as just a box hovering above a slowly rotating globe at this point  

it took like three weeks to get the ‘actually left’ point and now it’s just like schrodingers’ package and I think I have been a lot more anxious and distracted about it than I have let myself believe 

in other news, I spent like three hours taking pictures of dolls on my floor this morning and now I’m really fucking hungry
