doing art on the internet is like, no one is going to look unless you’re making fanart

but you sort of need to flinch and just hope when it comes to selling it?

so I’m sitting here telling myself both that I need to make more images that are marketable as prints/merchandise AND that I should do more fanart to get more people to actually see me

and then i always want to make fanart of shit that’s like 20+ years old, which is certainly not helping
