Huh, never heard of these dolls before.

I keep getting sales posts when I do a search but judging from the dates they’re early 2010’s? I was pretty much out of everything at that time.

Doll looks in rough shape, but kids like her. Not for $20 though.

They’re poor quality materials and tend to crumble or turn yellow and stuff. I think these were made in response to the Living Dead Fashion Victims at the time.

They’re closer to early 2000s, too.  As Tiffy said, time has not been kind to their clothes and materials in general

To be fair what is more goth than your existence succumbing to atrophy and a lack of future foresight all for an aesthetic

something something capitalism preying on small groups without regard for the durability of the product something

I’ve got a pantheon of them and then some. The ones made with that nineties vinyl pleather mimicking stuff definitely tend to flake, but it depends on how the doll was kept, like anything else.

I’ve seen some extreme head yellowing on some, but the two I’ve had that booked even a little bit yellow washed off. Most entries in the series all have Fashions with real hook and eye fastenings and real zippers and a lot of very tiny tailoring on real fabrics as well as improved articulation after the first wave. Of course, the consequence is that a few of them who are strung with elastic are floppy now, but that also is very much based on how they’ve been treated in the past several years, haha. Their final year was a little weak in terms of design, but I really enjoy them overall.
