I felt through the fabric on my girlfriend’s doll since mine is still with UPS and thought boots at first, and then thought, ‘oh, maybe very high sandals with a big top strap’ and then when I poked around a little further I saw blue foot shapes and I thought they had done a stylized kind of body that mimicked the shape of his fingers and elbows, how things sort of swirl to a point. I thought since they’d botherd to make changes to existing shapes for Yzma, they’d so for him too.
That’s really disappointing and upsetting. I love the doll, I was happy to buy him, will be delighted to have and display him, but I would have expected better for higher end dolls. Even just fill his legs in to the knee joint and stylize him, what the hell. Just because a lot f people don’t debox doesn’t mean you can pretend no one will ever see the shoes/feet/legs.
