It has been, though it doesn’t seem to have been applied the way she would have liked it until now.
When I open my browser to type in her website name, it suggested to me the frequently visited
http://www.dollyhair.com/main.html
This doesn’t work anymore.
But I know for certain that it has been on a version of her home page since May, it was just often not the version of the homepage that was automatically displayed. Her links to her main page appear to have been the basic dollyhair.com, the one listed above as Main and another listed as index.
She seems to have synchronized what version of the homepage all of her links to her home page actually go to which is why everyone is seeing the message now.
This is absolutely not to defend her for being a nasty racist in any way, it’s more likely she was just having trouble keeping her new website consistent and was getting enough complaints about there not being an announcement about the delay that she figured it out.
