This is a nightmare. I finally got around to listing the reroots and got out the dolls to take some detail shots (small neck vs modern neck, white vs peach tone…) and several have got yellowing syndrome. Freckle it’s all the brown paint, rainbow and pink nylon just the one eyebrow but it’s not something I know how to repair: my attempts on Licca kiwi just made it worse. It’s not the glue, it’s not just the dolls that had peroxide treatment, it’s the batch of factory heads, probably all using the same seepage prone bad batch of brown paint. Probably all ticking time bombs except the three old style necks, one of which -kiwi pink- is having a tamiya gloss x22 meltypocalypse. There are 12 fully rerooted Liccas that I don’t feel comfortable selling in case they degrade. I feel nauseated, i love em so much and they’re falling apart.
If I’ve sent you a Licca or you’ve bought a factory blank K29 Liccas from aliexpress: please go check for yellowing-seepage of the brown paint.

I don’t think this can be fixed. Not on the pre-seeped ones. I have five k29s and 3 l07-ys in decent shape that could be wiped before any damage is done. If anyone’s interested or has ideas contact me.
You don’t think a benzoyl peroxide or 40 vol treatment would bleach those stains? or have you tried and confirmed it won’t? (I can’t remember)
bleachment makes seepage of the brown paint worse but now that i’ve wiped Kiwi I could try it. Best case scenario i’m stuck with a dozen rerooted blank heads and I can’t paint.
I’d still be willing to do a repaint on something like that! Hope is not lost, even if you can’t get the stain out.
