rebecca called it, she was right, and people really dont appreciate SU enough for what it did for gay rep in the animation industry.
I think it’s only vaguely stated here so I want to make it clear that they actually had a budget cut because of this. They leveraged the show’s future against Rebecca and she still stuck to her guns, and that’s actually why there are so many wlw relationships in cartoons now.
