Might sound like a stupid question but will your hurt yourself if you wear socks to bed?
Google said yes but my feet are really cold and i know babies sleep socks and their feet are fine but is it ok for adults?
I sleep in socks or I don’t sleep. I’ll have to look up what people think will happen if you sleep in socks… Maybe they mean TIGHT socks will mess with your circulation? My socks are loose.
Yeah I’m just seeing “Don’t sleep in TIGHT socks or socks made of plastic (unnatural fibers)”
Otherwise only finding positives other than “You might get too hot in the night wearing socks” but if you’re freezing your feet off, socks can help you sleep.
I wear socks because my feet are always freezing (bad circulation) but they’re loose-fit, soft, and natural fibers. Wearing socks also helps keep my toenails from shattering (I am NOT healthy) and snagging on the sheets which is an unpleasant way to wake up.
Their the slipper style ones so they should be loose enough
I wear old knee highs with completely worn out elastic to bed when it’s cold–when I was little I hated wearing socks to bed because the ankles were so tight and I didn’t like that feeling, so figuring out I could wear loose socks (that I couldn’t wear otherwise, because they would fall down) was nice, PLUS it has the bonus of protecting my feet from the feeling of loose bed sheets, which is something I also have never ever liked.
I also wear socks to bed because my feet are always super super super cold and the feeling of the sheets on just my feet gives me the heebie-jeebies for a variety of reasons, so yeah, echoing all statements above.
