I’m not sure what that situation is, I’m sorry! I do know that historically the Eurovision app has contained lyrics and general trivia/explanations. Songs are in multiple languages, and sometimes the ones even in English are ???? So that can be useful for everyone.
The raw stream contains not much talking beyond the basic level of hosting because it has to be broadcast in so many different linguistic zones to then have localized commentary put on top, and they mostly just repeat the rules and stall for time during the contest itself, so auto generated captions might actually get you by.
