Hey I get to go to a doctor to potentially have a steroid shot injected into that muscle in my back that has been clenched since January because we could only get so far with physical therapy pretty excited hope it is not a waste of time and money yay
Consequently I got absolutely nothing done today because my brain is just like that
If I know I have an appointment or something coming I can’t relax about it for up to 24 hours before hand
So my back aches AND my apartment is still a disaster👍
