Oh, they’re super common, it’s chill! Sebaceous cysts! My mom had a few. It’s just some hair follicles that got blocked at some point and so now all of the natural oils that hair produces have just been stuck in these little pockets and turned into these little pieces of gravel under my scalp for decades and I have finally just fucking had it with them, so I decided just to get the damn things removed while I’m doing all this bullshit with my spine. At least it’s something I know can be fixed very easily and will just feel nicer, unlike my back muscle which is just some fucking mystery bullshit.

there’s… more than 4, less than 10, with one really big one at the front. I may or may not just shave all my hair off based on what they have to do to get to the areas in question haha.
