I finally finished my first custom Krystal, all that’s left is making her outfit.

And I also found my tinnyyyy repaint brushes and Liquitex, so that is exciting because it makes these paint mods so much easier.

I’ve figured out her name.

Based on a comment @dollsahoy made on Insta about the doll reminding her of lapis lazuli (as the stone that was popular in ancient Egypt) and because I was thinking about Egyptian motifs as I was painting her, her name is Aura Lazuli - because Au is the chemical symbol for gold, Ra is a nod to the sun god in ancient Egypt (and also because of the meaning of aura of course), and Lazuli in reference to the blue and gold stone as referenced by dollsahoy.
