This is like the house I made in Sims 2 when I was 16 and high.

To be fair, all I could think was how nice an apartment that was for New York. There’s sunlight and trees out the windows, and the floor looks remarkably even. The bedrooms were reasonably sized as well. Two bathrooms and at least 1 closet. All in all not bad given it was designed by an architect high on LSD.
