“The worst part is that I took them up to the customer service ladies and they didn’t get that anything was wrong lol. I had to explain that they were dolls and that they were missing large amounts of anatomy. They were shocked to see that they hadn’t been opened and had been shipped like that. They were appreciative that I brought it to their attention. I love Celestia’s hair and faceup though lol.”
