Star Trek fans are both incredibly difficult to please and extremely easy to please. The same fan will be like “In this episode, a character CLAIMED that the nebula in question was first seen 200 years ago, meanwhile in TOS episode 3x02 (production order) the script CLEARLY STATES…” and then also “omg they put spock in earmuffs!!!! i have never been happier in my life.”
